3G is the third generation of tele standards and technology for mobile networking, super speeding. It is based on the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) family of standards under the IMT-2000.
Now you can see the person you are calling on your Mobile, condition is that both of you must have 3-G enabled mobile handset with 3-G BSNL sim .

INAUGRATION OF BSNL 3-G
BSNL 3-G was inaugrated by Dr Kalaignar M.KAUNANIDHI(Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu ).
